At The Permit Center, our mission is to assist our clients with navigating the various and complex land use permitting processes, whether local, regional, state, or federal. As the pressures and restrictions on development increase, along with the attendant paperwork and bureaucratic hurdles, it becomes necessary to have someone available who can be a guide and an advocate; someone familiar with the route and the chances of success.

Our mission is to work with the client, their architect, and their contractor, from the earliest planning stages, and to provide exemplary service all the way through to the final permit decision.  We specialize in residential development, and have extensive experience in waterfront and commercial land use projects as well.

The Permit Center is part of a strong network of local and regional contractors and consultants that we are familiar with, therefore providing a full range of professional services necessary for the project.
